One-Year Warranty
Every piece of Montare jewelry is covered for one year from the delivery date against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
What the warranty covers
• Clasps, hinges, threads and posts that fail under normal wear
• Stones that come loose from their setting without impact damage
• Manufacturing faults in the metalwork or finish
What it does not cover
• Normal wear, scratches and the natural softening of a polished finish over time
• Damage from impact, force, pulling or sleeping in your jewelry
• Discoloration caused by perfume, lotion, chlorine, saltwater or household chemicals
• Loss or theft
• Alterations or repairs carried out by anyone other than our team
• Items bought from an unauthorized reseller
How to make a claim
Email us with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will assess it and, at our option, repair the piece, replace it, or issue a refund. Claims are handled within one year of delivery; keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
Caring for your jewelry
Our pieces are 18K gold vermeil over sterling silver, hypoallergenic and 100% nickel-free, and they are water resistant — a splash, a wash or a rinse will not harm them.
To keep them looking new for as long as possible: put jewelry on after perfume, lotion and sunscreen; take it off before swimming in chlorinated or salt water and before the gym or sauna; wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wear; and store pieces separately so they do not scratch each other.
