Something not quite right? We understand.
You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery.
Simply return your item using our pre-paid return label.
A $9.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
30-Day Returns — Store Credit
Items returned within 30 days of delivery are eligible for store credit.
Returns must be sent using our pre-paid return label.
A $9.95 return shipping fee will apply.
After 30 days, returns are no longer accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unworn and in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Sets must be returned as a complete set (individual pieces cannot be returned separately)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Earring components (flat back posts, backings, tools)
• Sale or final sale items
• Worn earrings
• Items damaged due to misuse, force, or improper handling
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item is not suitable, simply return it within 14 days and place a new order.
Promotional & Bundle Returns
For orders purchased under promotional offers (e.g., “Buy X, Get Y Free”):
• All promotional items — including free items — must be returned to qualify for a refund.
• If only part of the order is returned, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the full retail price of items kept.
For orders that include a complimentary Capsule:
• The Capsule must be returned to qualify for a refund.
• Returns submitted without the Capsule will receive store credit only.
